Bits of Glass – Kirsten Barker

Kerstin Barker was born in Sweden and has a background in fashion design and textile printing. Her interest in glass began with lead lighting and copper foiling.

Her work is now primarily with kiln fired glass. This process is what inspired her current collection of vibrant and unique creations of glass clocks for wall and desk.

Kerstin now divides her time between Perth and the beautiful town of Denmark and her work is displayed in several quality galleries in Western Australia.
